AI helpers in the everyday life of the internet agency
Strong helpers
Unimaginable before the time of OpenAI. AI concepts are expanding access to knowledge to an extent that is reminiscent of the early days of the World Wide Web. Tim Berners-Lee, the inventor of the WWW, once had a vision: a place where information is collected, shaken up and where summarisations and structures can be recognised that provide new insights. Although the one has only a limited connection with the other. It is clear that this is exactly where we are.
Ever since a colleague called me over and asked if I'd heard of ChatGPT: Chat- What? It could be used to write code and at the same time improve efficiency and quality through intelligent automation.
What I hadn't realised was that I wasn't just looking at a code generator. The areas of application are so universal, with all the pitfalls that the system harbours.
Artificial intelligence is a controversial term. But philosophical questions aside. It helps where experience is lacking, where half-knowledge prevails, where structure is required, where research is needed, where brainstorming is required, ideas are needed, variants are needed.
The integration of AI systems has long since arrived in our everyday lives. Software user ideas are springing up everywhere or are being integrated into standard software. Whether Microsoft, Adobe or Notion - Apple is soon to follow suit.
New products have emerged that are still growing, but show potential. Some of them are presented here.
How can generative AI be used in everyday agency work?
As an advertising agency, internet agency or digital agency:
Knowledge becomes ideas and structure.
- Which areas can be intelligently supported by AI tools?
- Where can the technology be used?
- Can the results of ChatGPT or Midjourney be recognised?
The brilliant idea. The creative output. Convincing associations. The central idea that moves. Efficient framing.
These are still the competences of experienced and creative people.
Using AI tools - boosting knowledge and finding ideas
AI tools are useful little helpers for the development and creation of concepts in which you are not an expert yourself - which is certainly the case in projects.
In brainstorming, design thinking, agile techniques - all output is dependent on your own level of experience or that of the group.
Artificial intelligence does not (perhaps still) replace a creative process. It expands it enormously.
Let me put it this way: thinking for yourself still helps. The tools broaden the horizon to an extent that everyone should use.
Where does AI make itself visible in the everyday life of the internet agency
Some helpful and efficient software developments are presented here. These can also be used for TYPO3 in many areas.
Mindmaps -
be supported by the AI
A whiteboard for content and structure.
You can create mind maps with ContextMinds. The special feature: by clicking on the term, the system generates related ones:
- Topics
- Keywords
- Questions
- headings
- Finds articles
By clicking on the generated terms, they end up in the map, where they can appear as individual terms or be assigned to other terms.
Enormous results are achieved within a very short time.

Universal helper: Voilà
Integrated into everyday life
Whether a question on any topic, coding, brainstorming. Voilà is a knowledge hive integrated into the browser. This allows employees to focus their time on creative and strategic tasks. AI systems therefore help to increase efficiency and productivity in the internet agency.
Voilà is based on ChatGPT, but is integrated into everyday activities.
For me, it is currently the most useful AI tool in general.
Simply press Apple M in the browser and the input mask opens. You're ready to get started.
Voilà offers a prompt generator. Because as we all know: that's what counts.
With the Promts generator, you can easily create templates and, for example:
- Generate meta descriptions for SEO for the page you are currently on
- Collect blog ideas
- Convert text into "simple language"
- Branding research
- Competitor analyses
- Generate or convert text suggestions in defined styles
- Translate Clear British accent in Welsh
- Have content summarised - create conclusions
- Have code analysed
The various modes also allow Voilà to search the web for current content.
A desktop app is currently being developed that will allow Voilà to access the service globally from MacOS.
These are results that OpenAi's ChatGPT spits out, but are simply well integrated into everyday life. Naturally equipped with the latest language model.

NeuronWriter: An SEO tool for the digital agency
SEO-relevant texts for on-page optimisation
This AI tool can be used to find relevant terms and topics that are related to my search terms. It analyses well-ranked websites, generates semantic terms and suggests headings that should appear in a text in order to achieve a high ranking.
I write texts independently. The user could also get help here and have text generated for keywords or headings. You can always find inspiration.
Finding relevant content, combined with Contextminds, for example, leads to good results in a shorter time.
A score is constantly created that indicates the optimisation of the text.
An outline is first created in h1, h2, h3 and then the text can be created.
The same always applies here: thinking for yourself generally helps…

Bring structure to your project management: Thanks to Taskade.
Mastering everyday agency work with the help of AI automation.
This tool is ingenious. It's simple. Clear. Always at my side.
Information quickly noted, tasks organised, workflows generated.
I thought Taskade was a clone of Notion, the top dog in this type of knowledge and project management. Taskade has specialised in the AI functions within it, and impressively so. The applications and use cases are impressive. It is not simply algorithms that are used, but the user can generate their own workflows and processes, some of which run in the background.
The functionality is initially simple:
- Create lists
Lists of all kinds are created quickly, intuitively and clearly with various meta information.
So what does the AI do?
It is integrated everywhere. Marketing plans can be generated. Analyse general information. Summarise PDF files. There are also bots that reformat lists according to specifications, calculate things, follow-up functions. There really is a lot possible here, and in a team.
I have been using the software for all aspects of project management ever since.

Conclusion
What it comes down to: Knowing how AI works.
AI Artificial intelligence is certainly not a sure-fire success, at least not yet. But it is now accessible to everyone. The technology enriches many areas and supports numerous aspects of agency life. It improves quality and delivers results faster.
Nevertheless, you have to engage with it, take an interest in it - preferably be enthusiastic about it. This applies to every area. Those who familiarise themselves intensively with the subject matter will be able to reap the full benefits. As with any new technology, it only realises its potential when the user understands it and uses it in a targeted manner.
Enthusiasm is the driving force. It drives curiosity and leads to a deeper examination. Those who are enthusiastic about AI will not only master the technology, but will also find more creative and innovative solutions.
So: don't just consume, but actively learn and try things out. In this way, artificial intelligence becomes a real benefit for everyday working life and beyond.
Good results are achieved by: Promting
At the beginning was the promting. Because that's what matters. AI helpers are only useful if you understand how they work. If you study them in depth, you will get amazing results, far removed from simple requests in ChatGPT.
The secret lies in the ability to ask precise and intelligent questions. If you master this, you can drive artificial intelligence to peak performance.
It's like cooking: Good ingredients are important, but without the necessary knowledge and the right technique, the dish remains bland.
Promting is the art of guiding the assistant, letting it deliver exactly what you need. It's not just a method - it's a craft. A craft that can be learnt by anyone who is prepared to engage with it and practise.
The results speak for themselves. Those who make the effort will be rewarded. AI becomes a valuable tool that makes everyday life easier and opens up new horizons. But as with any tool, it is only as good as the person who uses it.
