TYPO3 9 - TYPO3 11 - Admin / administration tools missing after upgrade

After logging into the backend as an administrator, the admin tools are suddenly missing.

As of version 9, it is now possible to differentiate the admin role.

This is a good idea, as some customers have admin access, which is known to cause a lot of damage.

If the admin tools are missing, proceed as follows:

Adjust the admin authorisations after logging in with the install tool.
